You, your, student refers to individuals enrolled in courses, accessing materials, or using our learning platforms and services.

Course refers to structured learning programs including video content, exercises, assignments, office hours, and related materials we provide through our platforms.

Materials refers to all content we provide including videos, documents, exercises, assignments, and other educational resources.

Course Access Terms

Upon enrollment and payment, we grant you non-exclusive, non-transferable access to course materials for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement. You may access materials for personal learning purposes only, not for commercial use or redistribution. Access remains valid for twelve months following course completion unless otherwise specified.

Enrollment Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to enroll independently. Minors may participate with legal guardian consent and enrollment on their behalf. You represent that information provided during enrollment is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse enrollment at our discretion.

Student Responsibilities

As an enrolled student, you agree to specific responsibilities and behavioral standards:

The following actions violate these terms and may result in enrollment termination:

Copying, distributing, or selling course materials to third parties without explicit written permission from us.
Recording, downloading, or reproducing video content except through platform features we explicitly provide for offline viewing.
Sharing account credentials with others or allowing unauthorized individuals to access materials through your enrollment.
Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or affiliation during enrollment, course participation, or communications with instructors.
Using automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access, download, or extract course content from our platforms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials including videos, documents, exercises, and assignments remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Enrollment grants access for learning purposes but does not transfer ownership rights. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials except as explicitly permitted for personal learning and portfolio development.

Student Submissions

Assignments, projects, and other work you submit during courses remain your intellectual property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to review, provide feedback, and use anonymized examples for instructional purposes in future courses.

Student Work Usage

We may showcase exceptional student projects as course examples with your explicit permission. We will not use your work commercially or share it beyond educational contexts without separate written agreement and appropriate compensation.

Privacy and Data Handling

No Outcome Guarantees

Course completion does not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placement, salary increases, or professional advancement. Results vary based on individual effort, prior experience, workplace environment, and market conditions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

We provide courses and materials as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from course participation or material usage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of course materials, or infringement of third-party rights during course participation.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer resolving disputes through direct communication, but formal processes exist when necessary:

Arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will proceed to binding arbitration under rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. Arbitration occurs in the province where you reside or Ontario.

You waive rights to court proceedings and jury trials by agreeing to arbitration.

Online Dispute Resolution

For eligible disputes involving digital services, you may access online dispute resolution platforms provided by relevant Canadian consumer protection authorities.

Severability

Termination

We may terminate your enrollment for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet payment obligations. You may withdraw from courses according to our refund policy. Upon termination, your access to materials ends immediately.

Terms Modifications

We may update these terms periodically to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or policy improvements. Material changes require notification to enrolled students via email at least thirty days before taking effect.
